These Terms of Use govern the use of the Youth Talents app and website. By using the app or the website, you accept these terms.
1. Description of the service
Youth Talents is an app that allows young footballers to create profiles and upload videos, and allows scouts and coaches to search for and evaluate players.
The service is provided by the sole proprietorship “SKRIVANOU PARASKEVI TOU ARISTEIDI”, trading as “YOUTH TALENTS”, VAT number 148872088, GEMI number 196802303000, with its registered office in Voula, Attica, Greece.
In this version, creating a profile and uploading 1 video and up to 5 photos are provided free of charge. Optional packages and additional features may be added in the future, about which you will be informed in advance.
2. User accounts
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping your credentials safe.
Athletes under 18 may use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian, which is given during sign-up.
3. User content
You retain the rights to the content (e.g. videos, photos) you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive and limited licence to display it within the app to the intended users, for the purposes of the service.
You declare that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You may remove your content or delete your account at any time.
4. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to use the app to:
- post false information or impersonate others;
- post offensive or illegal content, or content concerning third parties without their permission;
- harass or communicate inappropriately with other users, in particular minors;
- bulk-copy data (scraping), breach security or send unsolicited messages (spam).
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
5. No guarantee of results
Youth Talents does not guarantee a transfer, collaboration or professional contract. The platform provides opportunities for exposure, without guaranteeing a specific outcome.
6. Intellectual property
The name, logo, design, texts and code of the app and the website belong to Youth Talents or their rightful owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts for its correct and secure operation, without guaranteeing that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for content uploaded by users. These terms do not limit the rights granted to you by consumer protection law, nor liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
