Youth Talents. Because talent… we see it.
We bring talent closer to those who are looking for it.
Youth Talents was created with a simple idea: talent can be found anywhere.
From the big academies and the smaller teams, to local leagues and neighbourhood pitches, every ground and every place where football is played can hide a player who deserves more opportunities to show their potential.
Through the platform, every young footballer can create their profile, showcase their game and upload their best moments. Scouts, coaches, teams and academies can search for players based on the criteria that matter to them, watch their videos and playing details, shortlist the profiles that match what they are looking for and express their interest.
Our goal is for every talent to get the place and the exposure they deserve.

Frequently asked questions
Who can create a profile on Youth Talents?
On Youth Talents, athletes, coaches and scouts can create a profile. Each user chooses their role when signing up and gets access to the corresponding features of the platform.
Is signing up to Youth Talents free?
Yes. Creating a profile on Youth Talents is free, and every athlete can upload their first video and up to 5 photos at no cost. Over time, Youth Talents will be enriched with optional packages and additional features for those who want even more options.
Can an athlete under 18 create a profile?
Yes. For athletes under 18, the consent of a parent or guardian is required. During sign-up, the parent/guardian's email is entered and a link is sent to it. Through this link they can learn about the relevant terms and give their consent. Only after they accept can the creation of the minor athlete's profile be completed.
What does an athlete's profile include?
An athlete's profile is their personal football identity. It can include their full name, age, position, stronger foot, height, the team they play for, a previous team, optionally a profile photo, as well as video and highlights from matches or training sessions. This way, scouts and coaches can get a more complete picture of the athlete and their playing profile.
How can scouts and coaches search for athletes?
Scouts and coaches can search for athletes based on specific criteria, such as age and position. From the results they can explore profiles and watch athletes' highlights, more easily spotting the talents that match what they are looking for.
How do I upload video or highlights?
From your profile you can easily upload video or highlights from matches and training sessions, choosing the material you want to showcase. Videos are added to your football profile, so that scouts and coaches can see your game.
Will I be able to receive feedback from coaches?
At a later stage, Youth Talents will give athletes the option to receive short, personalised feedback on their videos from partner coaches of the platform. The feedback will concern specific aspects of their playing picture and will be available through selected packages of the app.
Can teams and academies create a profile?
Teams and academies will not have a separate profile in the first version of Youth Talents. At a later stage, special features for teams and academies will be added, which will be announced through the official Youth Talents site.
Who can see my profile and videos?
In the initial version of Youth Talents, athletes' profiles and videos can be seen by scouts and coaches within the platform. Athletes cannot currently see the profiles and videos of other athletes.
Coaches can also leave a comment and an evaluation of an athlete's overall playing picture. The comment and the evaluation are visible both to the athlete themselves and to scouts.
In the future, Youth Talents may add new visibility and interaction features between athletes.
Does Youth Talents guarantee a transfer or a professional contract?
Youth Talents does not guarantee a transfer, collaboration or professional contract. The aim of the platform is to give athletes more opportunities to showcase their talent and become visible to people in football, increasing the chances that new opportunities will arise.
