Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and your personal data from Youth Talents at any time. Below we explain what is deleted and how to submit your request.

How to delete your account

Within the app: Open Youth Talents and go to “Settings” → “Delete account” and follow the confirmation steps.

By email: If you don't have access to the app, send a deletion request from the email you registered with to youthtalentapp@gmail.com, with the subject “Account deletion request”.

Identity verification: For your protection, we may ask you for additional information to confirm that the request really comes from you.

Completion: We will process your request without undue delay and at the latest within one (1) month, and confirm the deletion by email.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are deleted: your profile (full name, age, position, physical details), the videos and photos you have uploaded, your contact details (including the parent or guardian's email) and your activity history in the app.

What data may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. accounting or tax records, if any), to deal with legal claims, or in backups, which are overwritten in their normal cycle.

How long it takes

We process your request without undue delay and at the latest within one (1) month. For accounts of minors, the request may also be submitted by the parent or guardian.
